Snow Goose by Kathy Stockbridge
Hi Linda. I have learned so much by using your patterns over the years. I love paper piecing! I live in the Skagit Valley, and each fall and winter, we have snow geese in residence. I love these beautiful birds and spend hours watching and photographing them. I am planning to make a quilt with these birds as a focus, and in preparation I made my own patterns. There was a lot of trial and error, but here is one I really like. The quilt will have 3 geese in different modes of flight, tree tops with autumn leaves, and clouds.
