Seagulls and Fish by Sharon Kubik
When my sister asked me to make her a t-shirt quilt in memory of her husband, I started looking for patterns that would decorate the quilt as well as represent our memories of him. I was thrilled to find the Seagulls and Happy Fish pattern. David loved to fish from the beach and it was one of their most treasured vacations. I now had my border.
Calla Lilies by Teresa Catlett
Here is the Calla Lilies I made for our 40th anniversary in July. My husband started his retirement this past March?? Now if he would want to paper piece, I could get caught up on my sewing!
