Martha writes: "I designed this very simple block for my guild's block of the month program. It went over very well. With the single sheet backing, it makes a good swap or friendship block as you are guaranteed that all the blocks will come back the same size."

ABOUT PRINTING: The pattern is 8" wide. You will need to change the
page setup to allow for 1/4" margins on the top and both sides of a page when printing. In Internet Explorer or Netscape, see File > Page Setup > Margins.

Unfortunately, I am not sure how you can change your margins if you are using an AOL browser. (I can't find margin choices.) FYI: The Mac version, when printed on a PC, measures 6-3/8" x 5-5/8", which can be enlarged on a photocopier. If you have trouble getting the pattern onto one sheet of paper with your printer, this is an option.
