In December 2006, Ami
Simms of AAQI asked me to design a mystery block
that could be used to create
donation quilts for her Priority: Alzheimer's Quilts Project.
This is the pattern originally designed for that purpose, and
the original size was 8.5"x10.5" so that it could fit into a priority envelope.
The purchaser of this pattern may receive the smaller version in the original format for free, by request. You have permission to make as many quilts using this pattern as you like to support AAQI's Priority: Alzheimer's Quilt Project's mission of raising awareness and funding research. Should you make a quilt using this pattern for the quilt project, please print this page to send in with your quilt, and when you register include the words, "Used with written permission."
