UFO #24 ________
Dresden Plate Stack & Whack
ADOPTED

State of Origin: Illinois
Makes: Finishes to 78" square lap quilt.
Technique(s): Applique.
Difficulty to resume: Easy! Most of it is done except to applique (or fuse) a circle to the center of each block. Material for the circles included. Then you'll need to sew the blocks to each other.

Story: I purchased this quilt at a rummage sale with the hopes of finishing it and donating it to charity. After all the work put into this I could not let it end up in a landfill. Sadly it has sat unfinished for two years and keeps telling me it wants to be finished and given a loving home.

Contents: Twelve 17" blocks--all you have to do is applique the centers and put this together. Everything is done and all borders are cut. There is about 1 yd. of left over fabric. I believe fabrics are cotton.

Linda's note: The color of this quilt is approximated from photos received. Unfortunately, I can't be sure how close I've come to the actual color.
