UFO #2 ________
16-patch Floral Squares

SCRAP FLORALS, ROTARY CUT
ADOPTED!

State of Origin: California
Donor: Linda W
Makes: A quilt top of scrap 2" floral squares. Over half the work is done for you!
Technique(s): Rotary cut 16-patch blocks

Difficulty to resume: Easy.
Story: This was another Mini Group group project a long while back. We swapped around florals, cut them up into squares and sewed simple 16-patch blocks. I had big plans to make a king-size quilt with a white circular design incorporated among the squares. Don't remember much else. It ain't gonna happen. No instructions are included.
Contents: Almost 4 lbs of squares and fabric. Over 100 finished 8" blocks, and every combination of sewn squares in between (4s, 3s, 2s, 1s)--plus more strips to be cut. There is enough here for a king size top or two twins, or close to it. There's also a sketch of my design using white and beige fabric in a circular design among the floral squares, which you may laugh at and then throw away!
